Data collected

The site's contact form collects two categories of personal data, voluntarily provided: identification and contact data — name, email address and phone number (optional) — and event-related data — type, date, location, services of interest and message content.

The data collected is used exclusively to respond to enquiries about quotes or information regarding technical event production. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data sharing

Form processing is handled by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a technical service that relays submissions by email; no separate database of submission history is kept. Web3Forms processes requests on servers located in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under that service's contractual safeguards.

Retention period

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and, thereafter, for as long as required for business record-keeping or an applicable legal obligation, after which it is deleted.

Rights of data subjects

Under the GDPR, data subjects are guaranteed the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing, as well as the right to object. These rights can be exercised via jpgrelvas@gmail.com.
